Spoilers: This would be a VERY positive review for this company and their product. Let me start with a review of the product itself. Car seat pocket organizer looks exactly as described in the product description. It is very good. From the box and packaging to the well-textured leather-like finish, the beautiful red stitching, the perforated rivets and the beautiful embossed Lusso logo on the side, it all comes together incredibly nicely. The pocket inserts match my 2018 Red-Hot Cruze perfectly and the red stitching goes well with the bright red of my car. The bags' structure is very strong, so they keep their shape well when wedged between the car seat and the center console. I really can't say anything negative about the product itself. But what REALLY stands out to me is the support of the company behind it. Lusso contacted me to see if my package arrived correctly. Well, actually no, it wasn't. Just two days earlier, USPS had claimed that the package was delivered to my home, but it never happened. I suspect there was some sort of mix-up in mail delivery due to Tropical Storm Imelda that my area near Houston experienced. I just assumed the item was lost and that was it. When I replied to Lusso that the delivery of the package was not going well, they immediately responded by offering to send replacements free of charge and that if the original order finally showed up I could keep it or throw it away. It's pretty amazing. They did nothing wrong and it was the mail system that failed. However, they were willing to put things right by quickly sending me a second order for their money. It's rare to find a company that cares so much about their customers. I am sincerely grateful to them for doing whatever they could to "fix it all" even though the failure had nothing to do with them. In short (too late), the product is great and the company is even better. Thank you!
