I like that it can be customized to each employee's needs, which makes scheduling super easy! It has been extremely helpful in keeping track of my employees' hours worked per day/week compared with their hourly rate for payroll purposes (and tax deductions).

Nothing so far! The only thing about this site that could use some work would be its ability as a time tracker; however there are other options out there if you want more flexibility or customization than what they offer. This tool allows me to keep up-to-date records of all paid wages without having to manually enter information into spreadsheets.
