I am a men's Brannock size 8.5, I am a size 8-8.5. The length and width are acceptable but can be a quarter inch short to make it perfect. The top of the foot is incredibly loose, just enough to place your toe on. This makes it difficult to walk fast, climb a mountain, or climb stairs. The way the upper and outsole are sewn gives the shoe a very wide ground contact. dry. I will not "shrink" them because they will be returned, but I am sure they will shrink with treatment.
