I am not exaggerating when I say I have ordered and returned over a dozen pillows in the last year trying to find one that was comfortable to sleep on. I am a side sleeper and I have some shoulder and neck pain and nothing worked – most pillows were too tall or if they were not, they had no support in them whatsoever. This pillow is pretty flat, but it’s supportive. The filling is easy to fluff up and I sleep comfortably through the night on it. Honestly it’s not an exaggeration to say that my sleep has improved almost 100% since I got this pillow. It’s probably not for everyone – if you’re looking for a lofty tall pillow look elsewhere. But if you need some thing flatter that will support your head and neck and isn’t a slab of foam, I definitely recommend this pillow.
