Not as described even though it says ELASTIC fit. I bought this specifically because I thought it had an Elastic band, which would make it easier to stay on instead of tying it. Also, it's way over priced. Finally, they won't let me return it! If I would have known that, I wouldn't have bought it in the first place. Not worth it! NO RETURNS, IS BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
