Fantastic case! My 39 inch, 34 lb son has a medium fit with lots of buckles at the waist to accommodate growth. With the instep fully open, it fits him over the XL Sloomb OBF. The fabric is two-layered, it can be changed several times. It feels very similar to the best underbody protection, but is significantly thicker. It will be larger than the largest top bottom case, which means you can easily use flat, pre-folded or fitted cases in addition to using snap-on inserts. I would happily trade my entire stash for these covers.
