Manufacturing tolerances are very tight which means high winds can blow them off unless you tighten each screw as securely as possible. It was very annoying to set up. You hold the projector where it needs to be and tighten everything, and if tightening the screw doesn't disturb the alignment, it will fall out of alignment when you let go. The height adjuster is only tightened on one side, so there's a lot of play in the main mount, meaning a mere touch will throw off alignment. Each joint has equally poor stability, so it fails in all directions. From what I understand this mountain costs about $10-15.
