Manufacturing tolerances are very tight, making alignment difficult.

Manufacturing tolerances are very tight, which means that if you do not tighten each screw as securely as possible, it could be blown out of alignment by strong winds. It was very annoying to set up. You hold the projector where it needs to be and tighten everything, and if tightening the screw doesn't cause it to go out of line, it will go out of line when you let go of it. The height adjuster is only tightened on one side, so there's a lot of play in the main mount, meaning a mere touch willโ€ฆ

You hold the projector where it needs to be and tighten everything, and if tightening the screw doesn't cause it to go out of line, it will go out of line when you let go of it. Useful projector stand that can be used in many different ways

I wanted to order a projector stand because the makeshift stand I'm using isn't the best and I think it's dangerous. This device consisted of a microphone stand to which the top of a music stand was attached. This causes obvious problems due to the fragile way it is configured. With this very nice stand with arm extension option for projectors, I found a solution to not having to worry about collisions with the tripod microphone stand I'm using. This mounting fixture also gives my setup aโ€ฆ

You hold the projector where it needs to be and tighten everything, and if tightening the screw doesn't disturb the alignment, it will fall out of alignment when you let go.
