Works great for hours.
. It gives a nice cooling sensation but only lasts a couple of hours (tried overnight). Easy to clean, heavy and well constructed. The pillow arrived folded and is a bit stiff but definitely keeps the body cool. I personally didn't like sleeping on it all night. I would prefer something bigger.
