I thought for sure I was going to have to take this off when the heatwave started but even with temperatures hitting 100 degrees, it is still on my bed. This comforter is very breathable and doesn't make us sweat. Not only does this blanket help me fall asleep faster but it keeps me asleep throughout the whole night. The cover that comes with this blanket is full washable which is very convenient. The rest of the blanket I just spray some sanitizer on it. It was suggested to order 10% of your body weight and I have the 23lbs. I don't weight 230lbs but this is a blanket that is on my bed that I share with my spouse and even though our combined weight is not 230lbs, we found that this still helps us sleep a lot better than some of our other comforters. The fabric on this blanket is really soft and like mentioned above, it's fully breathable. Really a go to comforter even with hot weather temps.
