These bobbins are listed as Class 15 bobbins but are not 100% to Class 15 specifications Class 15 bobbins were developed by Singer for the Singer Model 15 sewing machines over 100 years ago. Any Class 15 spool that doesn't work on the Singer 15 is not a true Class 15 spool. The hole in the center of these spools is too small to fit on a Class 15 Singer that I've tried (15- 75, 15-88, 15-89, 15-91, 15-125). It seems to fit 1950s or newer Japanese clones and class 15 zigzag machines with springs on the bobbin winder shaft (Kenmore, Brother, New House, White, Morse, etc.), but it doesn't help when you need a real class bobbin 15 for the Singer machine. In general, I like these non-singer 15 mallets. I've been looking for good 15 metal mallets for a long time, but to no avail, as they are all deformed or too narrow in the shaft. I have found them to be of very consistent quality (they are plastic as they should be), no warping and the same size. I had no issues with the lower voltage when switching between metal and plastic spools.
