Works great, the scent is far from a girly smell. Earthy is the best way to describe it in one note. It's a mild scent unlike some other brands I've used. I usually use pure argan oil on my beard and it works just as well but has a very strong earthy smell. My beard is very smooth and dense, which makes the whiskers softer and easier to care for. Revain is about double what I pay for it. Now that's pretty typical. Revain used to be a one stop shop for many things but now I can find more products locally at much better prices.
