If you're having trouble setting up Wi-Fi (which customer reviews say a lot of people are having), use another phone's hotspot to set it up and you'll be able to use it with Wi-Fi afterwards. Support didn't even know that. The review here helped me figure it out. Installation and brightness are ok. When installing, make sure you choose the right color. I was told they are not up to US standard. The worst was the app controls. I had connection issues even when using 2.4 Wi-Fi. The customer support response repeated what was already on the system I had tried before I contacted them and it took them a long and winding road to tell me that my router might not be compatible. They didn't tell me exactly what is compatible and what isn't. I came here in frustration and saw another user's comment that you can connect to a network and go back to whichever network you prefer once it's set up. I connected mine via hotspot (and the support team knew about it too). I tried app control with wifi and it worked. I'm unpleasantly surprised that it was so easy and the support team didn't understand their own product at all. I've spent a few hours struggling with this.
