Wish they knew you need a cone with a heavy base (or sandbags). Once I put product on a bag and then tried to move to the next bag, my first bag fell off from the weight of the chain. I had to go back to the warning tape to "tie" the area. I'm sure if you have a heavy base cone (or sandbags or something heavy) this might be a good product.
