Too small to hold the shopping cart
Based on the picture in the listing the ring is big enough to fit in a regular shopping cart. He barely sits on the ring and doesn't interfere with its movement at all. I can't use it for anything useful. It needs to be wider and heavier so a medium or large wheel doesn't move it back and forth all over the place.
