Well built. Cook beef or chicken on this ribbed flat top without touching the flames but with all the flavors of hickory, cherry or your favorite wood smoke. If you are used to using and properly maintaining cast iron this one is a cinch. Well worth the money as a "plate setter” for indirect cooking without being easily broken or cracked.
- It does not fit the Kamado correctly. Its is about 1/2 inch too big
- Doesn't fit Chargriller Akorn 6620. Stone rests about 3/4" from the metal tabs. Not happy.
