This product was easy to learn and use. There really isn't anything that I didn't like about it. It allowed me (the customer) to build more accurate models and predict outcomes. There are a few things we could do better as well-such as adding a user friendly view in the cloud dashboard. If you want a great visualization tool with an option to train your data to provide the best solution. Consider using this software first-and you won't be disappointed! We were able to have greater control over our forecasts for the year. With HPT, we can create predictive models for many different types of industries. We've been able to gain insight into how our clients' businesses function by looking at their data. I like that it is easy to use and has many different options for the user. It also does not take long to learn how to use it. The only thing I don't like about this program is that sometimes it freezes or crashes. For my job, I mostly use it to do payroll but there are other features as well. This software is easy to use and saves me time since I can input all the information myself instead of having to go to multiple places to get the same info.
