They run one size smaller than normal length pants. I bought these a size up for my child thinking I might need to save them for a season/year before regular use but ended up using them as full size pants straight away as they are a stylish cut and have a thick elastic waistband so you can almost downsize to wear like regular pants. I definitely like this style for a boy more than cropped pants. They're generally a bit baggy and shapeless, and the material isn't as cottony as kids are used to from sweatpants. I just hope the polyester in the design helps them not roll up as much as all cotton sweatshirts do. They are not as stylish as I would like to send my child to school. They just look a little messy. They have pockets. but I don't think my kid uses bags that much at that age. However, they are warm, which makes them great pants for a virtual school day or lazy weekend pants for lounging at home in the winter or on cold days. I like that there are two of these in the box and that the design is in solid colors. I also don't think the price for two pairs was that impressive. I feel like I could get a double pack with a higher cotton content elsewhere for this price, or just a different cut or style like modern joggers. I have other items from this brand, love them and generally trust them. - your things are usually well made and last a long time - i don't like that style with you.
