Haven't used it for long but looks good.

practical. I could never sleep on my back until I bought this pillow. One thing that might be an issue for some is that a firm mattress like mine offers a little more support than you need. But I'm short at 5ft 3" and under 110. A taller person may find it more comfortable. There were no care instructions on the packaging, how best to position them, or contact information. Just about unpacking. Then nothing. Attached is a screenshot of the only printed information sent with the pillow.
