What a great mirror! I had one almost just like this and it broke the other night. That was my second of this style, this is my third. So I went to order a new one and saw this and it has the light settings that my old ones didn't have. I didn't consider weight or size when I ordered, they all look just the same. This one is just slightly smaller and weighs so much less, and is so much more suitable for my needs. The weight difference is pretty extreme. I have a bedside tray that the other mirrors would topple if I tried to use it on that, this is fine. The base is heavy enough to be sturdy but the overall weight is very light. I love the three different light tones, and the dimmer. The lighting on this in general is so much nicer than my last two. I have eye issues and photosensitivity, and I can see much better with the softness of this light. And the magnified panels are just what I need to see all the details of my makeup with my poor vision. I am so glad I chose this mirror from the sea of similar ones on Revain. It's perfect.
