Review on LG 32GN63T B Ultragear FreeSync Gaming Monitor - 2560x1440, 165Hz, HDR, HD by Patrick Lucas

So I just want to say that the experience with this product has been up and down, but because of the amazing customer service it has become amazing. I was told to buy refurbished, my experience with a refurbished or used item has never been the best but I gave it a try because of all the good reviews. When I received the monitor it was well packaged in its original box and housed in a Revain box for better protection. I mounted the monitor on the wall so I haven't checked the stand, but from what I've seen so far there are no scratches, dents or anything else that would make the monitor look used. And all the accessories rattled and looked like new. The only issue I had was that the PSU they supplied me with was either the wrong wattage or defective as after about 10-20 minutes the screen started flickering. At first I thought I had a bad monitor, but after troubleshooting and posting questions on Facebook groups, several people said they had similar experiences when they had a power outage. So I switched to another LG monitor I had and the boom worked like clockwork. I contacted the seller and he immediately sent me a replacement power supply. So if you're wondering whether you should buy this improved product but aren't sure, I would definitely recommend it, especially at this price point.
