At the risk of repeating what everyone else says, this is a good little lighter. I tested it on a cardboard pad and it caught fire. I threw it in my wood stove. Four LEDs inform you about the charging status. We all appreciate 4, not just three LEDs! We see the latter, we know it's 25% and falling. I don't know why some things are designed with only three, I really don't know! Could you imagine if the gas tank in your car consisted of three LEDs? Tank full, all three LEDs light up! One dies, you have two left, still ok. No problem, but if the second runs out. Imagine the stress! If they put 4 LEDs in place of my gas sensor I can handle it. I really would. Although three are just plain evil. So kudos to these guys for installing four LEDs so we know how much power this thing has left! This is a thin lighter and this tip has a spooky look. I got the red one and found that there is a Phillips head screw on the back of the shackle. This appears when the battery can no longer hold a charge, you are good to replace the battery! If he lives that long. The good news is that you probably won't lose it. This isn't the kind of lighter that any of your smoking friends will take off with.
