I couldn't get any help from the folks at Cannon. Frustrated I bought another printer

I couldn't place the printer. I tried 6 or 7 times but it never worked. I tried to get help online but it was a maze I never wanted to enter. I was thrown from pole to pole, and every minute I grew more and more disappointed.
