Review on 🎧 Sony WHXB900N Noise Cancelling Headphones: Wireless Over-Ear Bluetooth Headset with Mic, Alexa Voice Control- Black (WH-XB900N/B) by Prince Fratto

I've had these headphones for about 9 months now and today I noticed an issue where the piece of plastic on one side of the headband missing prevents the headband from detaching from the speaker. I have spoken to Sony and also to Revain to verify warranty for this issue and can't do anything. Revain relies on Sony and Sony considers this to be accidental damage clearly not caused by anything more than normal use. Other brands with cheaper headphones and good features have better guarantees than this one. If you want to buy something with high quality, I suggest you look for another brand that has better guarantee policy and responsibility to the user. Won't buy Sony headphones again because it's a risk if they really don't make it with the best guarantee.
