Great headphones, I put them on at first and thought it wasn't that clear . After downloading the Sony app and adjusting the EQ I can say the sound is just as good as the Bose QC35 II but they added some extra bass that was much needed. Now I'm selling Bose and leaving Sony :)

Great headphones and sound quality. I enjoyed the stronger base effects compared to my xm2s. Soft ear pads and stylish look. Just don't expect them to have the same or better noise cancellation. In this respect they are much worse. I will save money and for this reason I can buy xm3. You could say there's noise-cancelling, but the xm2 blows these headphones out of the water.

Sound quality is excellent but owned for two months and the headphones are already broken. I stretched them to the max and one day one side popped right out and the next day the other side popped out. The warranty does not cover "physical damage". My ears also often rub the inside of the headphones until they become sensitive and a little sore. Update: The headphones broke somewhere else just because I took the headphones off with one hand. Terrible build quality

I've had these headphones for about 9 months now and today I noticed an issue where the piece of plastic on one side of the headband missing prevents the headband from detaching from the speaker. I have spoken to Sony and also to Revain to verify warranty for this issue and can't do anything. Revain relies on Sony and Sony considers this to be accidental damage clearly not caused by anything more than normal use. After it's been off for about 12 hours , it turns off normally after turning on, even though the battery is more than 50% charged. It also seems like there aren't enough microphones to pick up ambient noise, and their position gives a very narrow range, making the noise audible again when you turn your head.
