Great headphones. just not as cool as my old ones.

Great headphones and sound quality. I enjoyed the stronger base effects compared to my xm2s. Soft ear pads and stylish look. Just don't expect them to have the same or better noise cancellation. In this respect they are much worse. I will save money and for this reason I can buy xm3. You could say there's noise-cancelling, but the xm2 blows these headphones out of the water.
