randomly turns off and noise-cancellation changes depending on which way you turn your head

After it's been off for about 12 hours , it turns off normally after turning on, even though the battery is more than 50% charged. It also seems like there aren't enough microphones to pick up ambient noise, and their position gives a very narrow range, making the noise audible again when you turn your head. Adaptive Noise Cancelling, to do the opposite of what the name might suggest, it lets noise through to varying degrees depending on the environment, rather than increasing noise reduction. The overall noise-cancellation isn't anything special, but it's mostly only noticeable when you've got something in your headphones. When no music or sounds are playing, only low-frequency, low-volume noise is canceled, and that difference depends on where your head is positioned or rotated.
