With the new baby coming we have decided that we REALLY need to level the furniture rather than use our previous underlay system. They are very easy to install, easy to adjust and work great on most pieces of furniture as the t-nut is a modest size. I highly recommend it for moderately uneven floors (up to 0.75 inch). We have an area on one of the floors (in a 1904 house) that doesn't reach far enough, but we've added another sticky felt pad at the bottom and so far it's working fine. I wish these were the ones in a longer design so we could align the piece of furniture (without adding a felt backing) on a floor that sticks out just over 1 inch.
