After replacing the old drum with the Greensky drum, the print is very poor. There is always a white bar running down the right side of the page. Cleaned the corona wire a few times, cleaned the drum unit with a dry cotton swab, cleaned the pickup roller, put in a new toner cartridge and still nasty print jobs. Never had problems with streaks on the page with the original Brother printer drum. After reading my review, Greensky offered to refund the purchase price or ship a new drum. Decided to replace the drum. This is customer service as it should be and I want to acknowledge that the company wants to get it right and has done it. I changed my overall rating from one star to five because the company stands behind their products and wants their customers to be happy.
