This does not work well for the age range listed in the product description. The groove in the middle of the toothbrush is very thin and shallow and almost impossible for a two year old to use. This can be useful for a very young child as a starting brush or for massaging the gums of sprouting teeth, but if you're hoping to get a really good brushing on toddlers with a full (or nearly full) set of teeth, this isn't the best option . After just a few uses, the groove seemed to stretch and become unusable. The rubber around the center of the head and on the handle is also starting to peel off a bit. I am disappointed in the quality of this product.
