I don't have a bike, I only got it because all my dad's helmets fogged up my glasses. This helmet was a great price (compared to other helmets) and had plenty of vents. I don't know if other glasses wearers have this problem, I've never seen one that has enough vents to keep my glasses clean. Although I didn't really look, I was just comparing to what others had. If you don't have a bike, this helmet is perfect. My dad said it was cheap and it is. It's also DOT certified and cheap. If you ride regularly then you should probably invest in a better helmet if you just need a spare helmet, a temporary helmet or just one that you will use for a trip like I did. I think this helmet is the best you can find for the price.
