I like how easy it was to set up, as well at all of their customer support team helped me through my experience setting this software for our agency! It takes some time getting used too but once you get into your groove everything flows smoothly from there outwards in terms of client management/accounting processes etc - we have had zero issues since implementing last year (we are still using them now).
