Looks good but removing links is painful

Includes link removal kit but no instructions. There are several videos on YouTube showing how to use this tool. After the connection was removed, the pins did not return properly and the band fell apart. I had to take it to a jewelry store and ask them to fix it. Now that it's fixed, it's good.
