I ordered a small 5'6 148. I love the super compression and they made me feel like I was moving. The shorts came down to my ankles but I like the 7/8 length so I just pulled them up a little above the knees. I don't usually like high waisted leggings, but they were actually comfortable and very flattering. I've had many compliments not only on the fit but also on the color. I ordered a second pair after receiving these emeralds in gray - lighter. Maybe I should have tried the medium version so there isn't such a compression smoothing effect in my body (you know different colors have different looks may result). I think it's excellent value for money. If you're between sizes on the size chart I can suggest you go up if you don't like that tight feel.
