Samsung wireless charging pad works well with my new Note 10+ phone. It charges the phone from 10% to full in just 80 minutes, and the Note 10+ has a big battery. The stand is stable, and the rubberized base and phone surfaces prevent both the charger and phone from slipping during use. However, the charging cradle is VERY picky about how you connect it to power. It works great with the Samsung wall power adapter and the USB-AC cable that comes with the charger. It also works with the Samsung Fast Charge Wall Adapter and USB C to C cable that came with my Samsung Note 10+. But any other adapter and cable combination is likely to fail, resulting in the charging pad LED flashing orange even before the phone is placed on the charger. My trusty Anker Smart Fast Charge Adapter will not power the charging pad from a cable, not even a Samsung cable. Conversely, if I switch to a non-Samsung cable, Samsung power adapters won't work. The included 3-foot Samsung cable is too long for my desk, but after trying three different, good-quality, shorter USB cables, I couldn't find a suitable one; Longer cables are also not possible. I contacted Samsung and was politely told that the instructions said to only use the adapter and cable that came with it. They are absolutely right, and in this case they seem to mean exactly that.
