I love that stuff. My naturopath gave it to me for acne breakouts (it was later discovered to be caused by food allergies) and it helps my skin heal and relieve irritation. It says to spray, but I've found that if not rubbed in, it dries out in a layer on my skin (like when you're swimming in the ocean and you have that layer of salt/magnesium). Maybe that's on purpose, but sometimes it can irritate my skin so I rub it in most of the time and it leaves my skin soft and hydrated without the need for an actual lotion. Also, I shake it before each use because I think it helps keep the mic of everything even. If you think your skin is sensitive to this product, it's probably because you first have to spray it on your hand and apply it with your fingertips, then rub it in until it dries. Not sure why they don't add this option to the directions on the bottle, but it helps a lot. Oh, and I also use the scrub that comes with it, not the foam cleanser, which in my experience makes my skin dry and red if my face isn't moisturized enough beforehand. A scrub and spray is all I need.
