I actually had another review before taking it for the girls trip to Vegas in mid-October. Didn't really appreciate it until I had to use it at Nevada desert pace. A personal fan (albeit a small one) provided the airflow I needed for many hours of walking in the heat. I used it on my neck and the air blew on my face. Did it help me cool down. ABSOLUTELY for me. that's really all that matters. Pros for me: It's lightweight and can be folded to make it more compact. No batteries required, USB rechargeable making it very portable. Color but certainly not a deal breaker
