This mop does not work as advertised. We had trouble removing excess water from the head with a mop bucket, assuming there was still a lot of water on the floor. In addition, the head was difficult to remove to clean the mop head or to replace it when it was too dirty to use again. It is also recommended to leave the mop in the bucket to dry and dry the mop head for reuse. The locking of the handle was also unreliable, it kept unlocking when washing with a mop. We have had this mop for 2 weeks and are trying to use it. I've had Spinning Bucket Pugs before and have never had problems like this. NOT WORTH THE PRICE OR MY TIME. I am returning it to Revain for a full refund
