I'm sorry to say but this product is no good. One of the four plugs has failed. No usb or usb-c charging. I bought a pack of four. If I have to open my walls and remove all four plugs because only one failed, that would be a serious problem!Update: December 7, 2020. Amy from SCIZT reached out and offered to send a new outlet to replace the one failed one. I received it and it works fine. Changing my star rating from 2 to 4, for good customer engagement.Update: March 6, 2021. No amount of amazing customer service can make up for a miserable failure of a product. Of the four outlets I originally purchased, every single one has failed. They sent me some replacements and those also failed.Go with Leviton. These will disappoint you.Back to one star.SZICT, you need to shut down your supplier for this product before one of these outlets does actual harm to a consumer.
