I was so excited to try these sheets. You are so soft. As many other reviews say, I'm not sure if these are really bamboo and they wrinkle badly. But my biggest disappointment is that they were ruined before even being used and no help from seller. I washed the sheets before putting them on the bed and they were stained: a large oily crusty stain on the pillow and other stains on the filled sheet. I have washed them separately and have had no staining issues on previous or subsequent loads. I was wondering if there was anything in the package with the sheets and I accidentally put the sheets in the wash and it stained them. Revain contacted the seller but he didn't respond in the online chat. I emailed them and they gave me various excuses that we didn't hear about this issue, it was purchased through Amazon so there's nothing we can do for you. When I asked why they say "100% coverage" but don't offer a guarantee, they sent me a link to what is covered by the guarantee. 1) only covers items purchased on their website. 2) Coverage is very limited. I would be happy if they offered to replace the ruined pillowcase and I could live with other minor stains. I believe that a product is only as good as the company behind it. Because of the bad customer service, you should think twice before you buy them.
