Finding a good winter coat for our £100 Whatzit has been extremely difficult, but as you can see the coat fits great, it's easy to get the strap around the Fits Bentley waist (and it doesn't wet the strap when peeing) and the length is just what I was looking for. This layer is not waterproof, but has some water resistance and dries well. I adjusted the neck a bit looser so I could just put the coat on the Bentley's head, which was very easy. I highly recommend this coat. It's soft, warm, fits perfectly and is of good quality.
