Do not buy! good for me
My daughter wore it once in light rain. I washed it in cold water on a delicate fabric, hung it to dry and found the paint sticking together and peeling. The quality is terrible. So disappointed!

- Very cute and my daughter loves it! but the cloud bag ripped after one use. Will still be warned and loved
- After several hand washes, decals or paint will begin to peel off. Otherwise it's great
