After a long search in furniture stores for a bookshelf for my daughter's room I came across this at Revain. I don't know, I didn't look here first! I was looking for something permanent and have been for many years. I think I thought you couldn't find this material on the internet. Finally I decided to give it a try. It's better than I expected. It's a fairly solid piece, with the exception of the back panel, which is thin chipboard as you'd expect, but you'll need to insert about 30 screws to hold the back in place, so hopefully there won't be any issues. It has worked perfectly in her room so far and only took about two hours to set up.
