If you have a Cricut (or other die cutting machine) you can make it yourself. But! If you are pregnant, suffer from constant morning sickness and are looking for a quality snowflake garland, then this is your product! I bought this for my daughter's Frozen birthday party and it was the perfect addition! I like the way it was packaged (each strand individually and then all vacuum sealed in one big wrapper) because the cardboard snowflake stayed intact. If you don't want the snowflakes to move after they're placed on the string, simply tie a small knot under each snowflake. Would definitely buy again.
