Great Price: Ignition Parts

The ballast is a good replacement for the failed standard ballast. Although it was claimed to be compatible with the 2005 Prius, I had to enlarge the mounting slot to fit the headlight assembly mounting stud. Note that the lamp connector must be dismantled to route the cable; that's what it's for. There are problems on the seller's website; None of the links worked for warranty registration or support (via facebook page) but you can contact seller (via messenger) which was very helpful.
