Really Good Blower on my review.

I bought this for my 86-year-old dad. He was tired of fighting to get his gas-powered blower to start and thought a batter-operated version would work better for him. He's thrilled with it. Nearly every time we speak, he's telling me stories about how powerful it is and how long it has been since he's charged the battery. He's used it to blow dirt, grass, leaves and even pine cones from beneath his trees. He tried to use it to blow off some floor mats in his garage but he ended up blowing them…

Pros
  • So far Im very happy with this purchase
Cons
  • Not as strong as I had hoped. Kinda heavy too. That said, no gas and it does a solid job.

Battery didn't last

The battery or charger died after 2 years, bought it June 2020, maybe got 30 uses out of it. $249 for whole kit, $165 for new battery.

Pros
  • 19.29 x 18.5 x 9.25 inches
Cons
  • The intake vent can easily clog with leaves or debris

Very good and powerfull blower

Very good and powerfull blower. Lightweight and easy to handle. If there's any drawback is that battery gets discharge rather quickly but I manage to do my chore around the house on one charge. Good purchase.

Pros
  • Turbo Mode - Professional power, up to 700 CFM / 140 mph, when you want to get tougher jobs done faster
Cons
  • The product can overheat and cause burns if touched

Battery powered blower that actually works!

First things first, I was hesitant to buy a battery powered blower. Most of the ones that I have seen in the past are ineffective at anything but sweeping hard surfaces. I have a Ryobi 18 volt that I use to sweep the patio and walks. It's utterly useless on the lawn. I have been using Toro Super Blowers for years. They are practically disposable at this point. I had to buy a new one every year or repair the impeller throughout the year (no leaf grinding performed). They just don't last anymore…

Pros
  • Very expensive, Works well ,very powerful. Kind of heavy because the batter is so large
Cons
  • It is quite expensive compared to other cordless leaf blowers on the market

it works but still does not compare to a larger gas powered unit - set your expectations accordingly. If you happen to buy another battery compatible tool you will probably like this thing - battery life is actually pretty good in my opinion.

Pros
  • Its convenient to not have a cord and powerfull enough to get the job done.
Cons
  • Replacement batteries are costly

False advertising, Weak Blow Job

It works for light duty, but I don't think it blows 130 MPH. I would say maybe 75 or so. A fully charged battery lasted between 5 to 10 minutes with intermittent blowing.Snapper needs to stick to Mowers only. I'm happy with their 82V Mower.

Pros
  • Nice and powerful.
Cons
  • It can be dangerous to use for people with mobility or balance issues

No luck with dealerships warranty.

Out of the box, unit charger blinked and did not charge battery.(In manual, it stated "If charger blinking, unit is defective. Return for replacement". Took to local dealer and was told "We do not warranty On-Line purchases due to being made in China and not up to standards . revain sent return label and credited my account.Buyer Beware."!

Pros
  • Just squeeze and this thing blows!
Cons
  • The warranty does not cover accidental damage

Very pleased with my purchase

I was looking for the most powerful battery powered blower available. I believe I succeeded. Very pleased with my purchase.

Pros
  • Bought for my dad for Christmas. He loves it
Cons
  • The product is prone to overheating

Best Blower Yet: my feedback

I have a Toro electric plug in blower that I use to suck/chew up leaves from basement window wells. But around the property, sometimes I just want to blow the deck or driveway and don't want to hassle with the Toro and extension cord. I also needed an electric mower to hit spots I can't get on my lawn tractor, so I bought this with the Snapper mower. This blower is really good. It's maybe 20% more powerful than the plug in Toro! The variable trigger is nice albeit a little difficult to…

Pros
  • Love this product would reccomend
Cons
  • The battery slot is too tight, making it difficult to remove or insert the battery

Works well best in my review

I already had a Snapper battery powered lawn mower and two batteries so I purchased this leaf blower as it used the same batteries. It really works well and very happy with it. Have had it for about a year now. Usually when I'm finished mowing the lawn there is still battery power left in the pack and I use it in the leaf blower to clean up the clippings. I have also used it for leaves and that works well.

Pros
  • Briggs & Stratton
Cons
  • The battery life is not consistent and can vary between charges

Bought the Snapper 82V mower/leaf blower and this trimmer at the same time. The trimmer is heavy and awkward, and surprisingly underpowered. Not really happy with it and would recommend another style or brand. The leaf blower is really lightweight and I enjoy using it after done cutting the grass to remove clippings from the deck and drive - only complaint on that is that it blows through a fully charged battery in less than 10 minutes. I do love the blower though. The mower is pretty darn…

Pros
  • Quiet & Eco-Friendly
Cons
  • The product requires two hands to use, making it difficult to multitask

Good strength, marginal stamina.

Received this blower last week. Used it for the first time today after fully charging the 2 amp-hour battery. It has good blowing power at the maximum trigger setting - similar to my cheap old Poulan gas powered blower. But watch out! It'll pull the battery charge down in a hurry at full power! Kind of like driving a muscle car on the highway and flooring the go pedal: You actually watch the fuel gauge move towards E.At lower speeds, it sips the battery charge. So that's where you want to do…

Pros
  • Highest voltage and highest cfm on the market.
Cons
  • The product is not durable and can break or malfunction easily

Snapper leaf blower

The leaf blower is very powerful. Be careful getting the inlet close to loose clothing.Variable speed is difficult to control with the trigger switch.I would recommend it.

Pros
  • very easy to use and powerful
Cons
  • The battery charging indicator is too small and difficult to read

Good power! in my review

I bought and returned a blower that just didn’t have enough strength and bought this. It is plenty powerful for my yard and specifically my putting green! Love it.

Pros
  • I was surprised at how powerful the motor is and how it is easy to handle and direct. Was impressed.
Cons
  • The product is not environmentally friendly due to its high energy consumption

Problem with charger!

I've had this product for over a year. I don't use it everyday but after using it yesterday I ran the battery down and put it in the charger to recharge. Today when I put the battery in the leaf blower I noticed that it hadn't charged. I also own a weed hacker and chain saw by this company which I bought based on the performance of the leaf blower and it recharge time (which is approximately 30 min.) So be aware of my problem before you purchase any of these products. I'm looking for a…

Pros
  • This is amazing. It has more than enough power to blow leaves, grass, and light snow.
Cons
  • The design is not ergonomic and can lead to hand and wrist fatigue

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Quick, powerful, reasonably light

I like this leaf blower because of its convenience and good power. My wife uses it quite a bit too. Battery takes maybe 30-45 minutes to charge. Simple to use. Very pleased.

Pros
  • Powerful and easy to use. After mowing it clears the clippings off the patio and porch with ease
Cons
  • The battery life is not long-lasting and requires frequent recharging

Works very well! good for me

OK. I have a lot of leaves! I had purchased the Snapper XD lawnmower, to simplify my yard mowing, eliminating gas and oil, and the maintenance of a gas powered mower. I also wanted something quieter. The mower did everything I had hoped! I then went to replace my aging backpack blower, again to reduce noise and maintenance. I chose the Snapper unit, because it used the same battery as my mower, and it has almost as high of CFM. This product exceeded my expectations! It does a great job of…

Pros
  • Exceeded my expectations
Cons
  • The product is not suitable for commercial use

Great product in the Snapper lineup!

If you have any Snapper XD 82v products, you can add this one to your lineup! I got my battery and charger with my 1st Snapper purchase, the snowblower. Mixed results with that one (separate review). Then I got the weed trimmer, which is great. Now this. No need to spend the extra money for the more powerful one they make, which costs more. This is plenty powerful! Much quieter than the gas blowers. Of course, the big battery adds to the weight. But it’s quite light on it’s own. And well…

Pros
  • 1 Lithium Ion batteries required.
Cons
  • It is not waterproof and can be damaged when used in wet conditions

This thing is a brute

I buy small equipment for a living. So, when I was researching a new cordless blower for my personal use, I took my time. Almost pulled the trigger on a similar Kobalt, but then I heard from a little bird that their 80 volt stuff is going the way of the dinosaurs. So I went with this. Just unpacked it. Easy assembly, only had to look at the manual once.First off. Build quality seems really nice. Batteries and charger seem to have worked flawlessly. Tried it out for fun today. If you've got it…

Pros
  • Effortlessly Clear Debris: As the Snapper 82V MAX PowerGrip Cordless Leaf Blower comes with 700CFM, it can easily blow away leaves and debris in seconds. You can effortlessly clear your garden without putting excessive pressure on your back or arms
Cons
  • The battery voltage is not strong enough to power the product effectively

Bad Batteries - my new review

I wanted to make this my system, and add components as I went along, replacing my gas lawn tools. But it seems that every single manufacturer, including this one, has their batteries made for them in some foreign country where the work is shoddy and fail. After I got 4 dead batteries in a row from this system, I researched others, all the same. Not one single brand has people talking about how reliable and great their batteries are.

Pros
  • Patio, Lawn & Garden
Cons
  • The product does not have a built-in light, making it difficult to use in dim lighting
