I buy small equipment for a living. So, when I was researching a new cordless blower for my personal use, I took my time. Almost pulled the trigger on a similar Kobalt, but then I heard from a little bird that their 80 volt stuff is going the way of the dinosaurs. So I went with this. Just unpacked it. Easy assembly, only had to look at the manual once.First off. Build quality seems really nice. Batteries and charger seem to have worked flawlessly. Tried it out for fun today. If you've got it cranked up to the highest setting (trigger fully depressed), you better hold on to that little beast. Reminds me of the gas powered backpack blowers I buy for my crew.Just that one test so far, but build quality seems good (China), and Briggs and Stratton stuff has a spotty reputation lately, but so far I'm impressed. It's the battery life that concerns me. A 4.0 amp battery upgrade cost's more than the 'friggen tool. Like a Stihl, only a little cheaper.P.S. It's heavyish, depending on one's size. Will update after I attack the grass this weekend.I bought the trifecta including the blower and the mower. They look equally as well put together. Time will tell.EDIT: Did my 2000 sf(ish) grass yard today. Very impressed with all three tools. Mower/trimmer/blower. Dis all three and still had one half of one of the two batts left. And both are fully recharged less than an hour after finishing. Like I said, kinda heavy, but very powerful. As long as these batts hold out, I'll be very pleased, even though this combo cost more than my first car.
