There really isn't anything I don't like about this razor, its angled head is great. Gentle gliding. Works great with the shaving soap I buy at my local health food store. Seems easy enough. Loved the almond butter strip. I know some people complain about noise but electric razors are noisy. This one doesn't seem too noisy compared to my old Norelco women's dry shaver that I've had since 1977. It should also be taken into account that it is only used for about 5 minutes, maybe 3 times a week depending on how fast the hair grows. so that the noise can be tolerated. I'm not sending it back!
