The tablet does not charge.

The tablet arrived broken. Does not load. I haven't had a chance to use it much after getting it. The tablet came charged, used once. When I tried to charge it, guess what, it wouldn't charge. I didn't send a refund within 30 days, I missed it by a few days so the seller just denied my request. Not even a message. I just want to repair or replace.
