Nice bag for the person who needs left hand access

This would be the perfect bag for me if I was mindful of which hand is required to access things. You want the curved end to face the hand you use to access your bag when carrying it. This bag: Black-2496 is for left-handers who want to carry their back on their right shoulder. I'm right-handed and I usually carry my bag on my left shoulder. You cannot easily swap out this bag as the main zippered compartment is on the left side. If I were carrying it off my left shoulder, I could access the main compartment with both hands, but all the pockets would be on the side. Nevertheless, this bag is very well made. Nice strong zippers with great grip tabs. When referring to the location of pockets and zippers, I carry the bag on the left shoulder with the bottom of the back down and wear it in the front. Some sizes: FRONT TOP OUTER POCKET The front top pocket is pear-shaped, narrower at the top 2-1/2 inches in diameter than 4 inches at the bottom, and is 6-1/2 inches high. . It has a 3 inch one-way zipper on the sides and top. Fastens on the left side of the bag when you carry it. My keys fit in there, but not my cell phone. My phone is 3-⅛ inches wide, 6-⅝ inches tall, and about ½ inch thick. LOWER EXTERIOR POCKET This is a rectangular bag 6" wide x 7" high x 1" deep. The zipper with a tab goes down 2" on the sides and top. Fastens on the left side of the bag when you wear it . My phone fits in my pocket, vertically or sideways (3-⅛" wide, 6-⅝" high, and about ½" thick). The bottom exterior pocket has a slit pocket on the front. This pocket has a 6" wide, 5 "½" deep zip opening. The phone doesn't fit in. The zipper is closed on the left when worn. BACK VS BODY POCKET: Vertical welt pocket with 9-1/2" zipper, 5-1/2" deep at bottom and 3" at top. Zipper with single tongue, closes in vertical position. My phone fits in this pocket, so my Passport easily fits in. RIGHT SIDE POCKET WITH MESH SLEEVE AND STRETCH TOP: It zips up and has a 6-1/2" vertical zipper for closing. One leg closed in the top position. Mesh and elastic will hold a water bottle with a little work. I could only insert it upside down there as I needed the narrow end to feed it. I could put one of the new coke/coffee cans in, but it seems too small. MAIN COMPARTMENT This has a 13 inch zipper, single flap, is closed in the up position and is on the left side of the bag when worn. The bottom of the bag is 8 inches wide and has a triangular shape. The distance from the top edge to the bottom left edge of the bag is 17 inches and the bottom right corner of the back is 16 inches. On the inside, you have an internal stretch pocket on the front inside: 5-½" wide, 7-¾" deep. Even with the bottom of the bag. One zippered pocket on back inside: 4-½" zipper opening left closed, 9" deep to bottom of pocket. One welt pocket 4" wide x 4-¾" deep. , about 7-½ from the top. My cell phone fits in perfectly. Two Pen Pockets: My thick stowable handles with a rubberized grip fit well in these. They have a bottom so they don't fall through. As for main compartment space, my Android tablet fits well without a case: 11.5 inches, and my Samsung Boyfriends tablet fits a bit tighter with a case, but my iPad Air with keyboard didn't have a case. On the strap you have a D-ring supposedly for keys. The strap is soft. There is an adjustment. And there is a latch at the bottom of the strap so you can move the bottom strap either left or right. However, this does not change the chirality of front wear. I did my best. The only thing I need to get this in the right orientation for what I need is to fit the top of the face into my body and it just looks weird.
